Starting your vacation:
- For your security, the building’s outer doors are locked at all times. Prior to check-in you’ll get the codes for both the entrance doors and your room.
- Your room is stocked with basic products such as paper towels, toilet tissue, skin lotion, shampoo and bar soap to start you off. If you need additional products, there are multiple grocery, general merchandise or pharmacy stores nearby.
Enjoying your stay:
- Please do not take room towels to the pool or the beach. Our white towels are for drying off after showers/baths only. Please do not use them to wipe up spills on floors, counters or furniture.
- A dark towel is provided specifically for the use of removing makeup. Please use this if you have that need.
- You may be billed for white towels that are stained.
- A coin-operated laundry is located in the indoor pool area for your convenience.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the balconies of the units. If you smoke in the unit you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. There are designated smoking areas on either side of the building, near the beach access paths.
- If you smoke illegal substances on the property, the police will be called and you will be removed.
- If you have neighbors who are smoking and bothering you, please call us to deal with the issue. After 11:00 PM, if you have any smoking or noise issues, call Security. The number is posted throughout the building and in your unit.
- The use of candles or any other wax products in the units is strictly forbidden.
- Each unit has its own Wi-Fi signal and password. There is a sheet in your room with the access information.
- The pools close each night at 11:00 PM.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
Winding down your stay:
- Please take all trash to the compactor located at the rear of the ground level of the parking garage during and after your stay. Do not set trash bags outside your door, as they are unsightly and can leak onto the floor, which will result in a charge from the HOA that will be passed on to you.
- Check out is by 11:00 AM. Please place used towels in the bathtub when you depart. Bed linens should be left on the beds.
- Wash all dishes and flatware used during your stay. It is NOT part of Housekeeping’s responsibility to clean the dishes you use during your stay. If they have to clean dishes, there will be a $25 feel.
- When you leave the unit before heading home, please ensure that the door is secure.
